By accessing our platform or requesting an income evaluation, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Privacy & PIPEDA Compliance

BreezyBNB adheres strictly to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Personal information collected through our inquiry channels—including property addresses, owner names, contact numbers, and revenue documentation—is processed solely for the legitimate operational purpose of preparing property management evaluations and administering short-term rental services.

We do not sell, barter, lease, or distribute private property or owner records to third-party marketing brokers. Data transfers occur only with verified operational partners under binding non-disclosure agreements, strictly necessary to facilitate local turnover coordination, authorized cleaning teams, or secure payment gateways.

2. Text Messaging & Communication Consent

By submitting your telephone number through any BreezyBNB form or consultation request, you provide express affirmative consent to receive transactional and informational SMS/text messages from our team. These communications relate directly to your requested income forecast, scheduling property walkthroughs, operational turnover notifications, or responding to client inquiries.

Message frequency varies based on ongoing management activities and consultation progress. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your telecommunications carrier. You retain the unconditional right to revoke communication consent at any time by replying STOP to any received message or contacting our privacy officer directly.

3. Market Estimates & Financial Projections Disclaimer

Any revenue forecasts, occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), or net return figures provided within the BreezyBNB Income Report or digital calculators represent analytical estimates based on trailing historical market trends, local short-term rental data, and comparable residential assets. They do not constitute guaranteed earnings, warranties, or binding financial promises.

Actual property performance is influenced by unpredictable macroeconomic factors, municipal bylaws, travel seasonality, property-specific condition, and owner usage parameters. Property owners are advised to conduct independent financial and legal due diligence before entering into commercial hosting commitments.

4. Municipal Licensing & Property Owner Responsibilities

Property owners remain ultimately responsible for securing all requisite municipal permits, strata or condominium board approvals, and appropriate commercial liability insurance for short-term rental activities. BreezyBNB assists owners in monitoring regulatory compliance frameworks, but our management services do not substitute for individual legal compliance obligations under regional housing legislation.
